The best aspects of this hotel were the amazing view from our room and the delicious breakfast. The view of the city and mountains was stunning, especially during the white nights. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including Nordic cuisine and freshly made coffee. The staff were also friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to transportation and parking options nearby.
All was perfect.
We had a fantastic stay in this city! The hotel's best aspects were its central location for exploring downtown, being on Storgata which is the high street, and its proximity to the tourist area. We loved how easy it was to walk to the main attractions and the convenience of being on the shuttle bus route from the airport. The breakfast was delicious with great options and served until 11am on weekends. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to store our tandem bike and luggage before check-in. the cleanliness, facilities, transportation options, and friendly staff made our stay memorable.
We had a fantastic stay. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of the city. It was so convenient to explore Tromso and the shopping street was just outside the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that the airport bus stops right outside the hotel, making transportation to and from the airport a breeze. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. Martin, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. He even assigned us a room with a view of the northern lights each night. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and there was a large selection of items to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided were also top-notch.
Hard to think of anything negative.
I had an amazing experience during my stay. The hotel staff, especially Martin at the reception, was incredibly kind and attentive to my requests. The room was comfortable, with a spacious king size bed and a warm bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was truly a feast, with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, salads, fish, jams, eggs. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near transportation options.
